Santa is fading....

Carson asked a couple of days ago:  "So - who puts the presents under the tree?  Santa or you and Daddy?"  I said What do you think?  He said you!  But he didn't push it.  Today I was wrapping presents and found some more paper in the closet in my office.  Didn't think a thing about it other than Why is this paper stuck up here?  Earlier this evening Carson goes "Aha!  Where did you get this wrapping paper?  This is the paper Santa used!"  Oh crap.  I told him Santa must shop at the same store I do.  Who in the world remembers wrapping paper from one year to the next?!  I'm pretty sure he'll go along with it this year, but also pretty sure he's thinking Santa may not be quite so real.  It's hard for me to let go of these things.
