Little Dell is a small lake which is a water source, so you can take things like canoes on it, but no motors and you can't put your body in it. Utah River Council had a weekend there in May where you could pay a few bucks and try out different watercraft. We got a couple of kayaks and paddled around for a while. Carson thought it was quite cool. He also got to show his artistic side by painting a fish.
