He's Reading!

Carson has started reading! His teacher Lonnie told me about it about three weeks ago. Mama and I were at the school on a Thursday and Lonnie asked Carson if he wanted to read to us and he said "No, thank you."

There are "Bob Books" which are written for beginning readers. (Hey we just had Run Spot Run when I was a kid). Steve checked several out of the library, and they include "Matt" and "Sam". Matt has a circle head and Sam has a triangle head. So far Steve tends to be identified with Sam. I never thought it would be so fun to hear someone read "Matt sat. Sam sat. Matt sat on Sam. Sam sat on Cat. The End."
